The flowers smelled amazing and were absolutely beautiful but the thing I really want to praise is how amazing the staff here are. I ordered same day flowers but accidentally placed two orders. One of the staff reached out to help me fix this and was so friendly and patient with me. Later, the driver also reached out to both communicate with me on my order and helped me out when there was a mix up. If you're considering buying flowers, definitely buy it from Flowers on Main - they're amazing!

The Christmas arrangement was beautiful, but even though I have kept the oasis moist the daisy type red flower has already wilted and some of the little white rose buds. I wondered if that is because they are in the foam oasis and not water. The other flowers seem to be holding up fine.

The flowers and arrangement were spectacular! They were for my mom's 1st birthday since my father's passing, and she said they really brightened her room and day.
One improvement I would like to see in the future is a follow up/delivery confirmation the day of delivery. I didn't receive a confirmation email until two days after. If it were sooner I could have avoided hassling the staff in her assisted living facility to verify whether they were received or not.

Contact information had been provided, but there was no notification. We're not sure how long the flowers were on the porch. These guys are great! We had always worked with a shop in Salt lake City to get flowers delivered to my Mom in Lehi - then we discovered Flower on Main right there in town. Isn't the internet remarkable? Anyway, with very little notice they provided EXACTLY what we wanted! We are so happy to have a reliable local florist to take care of our long-distance orders.
